What you pay for and what you do not
The fee covers platform access, data feeds, and support — not a share of your trading activity.
House of Austin charges a flat subscription fee. There are no per-trade commissions collected by the platform, no data surcharges for accessing historical tick files, and no performance fees. The broker you connect to may charge its own commissions — that is between you and the broker. Our fee covers your access to the terminal, the backtest engine, live data feeds, the audit log, and support response within the times specified per plan. Pricing is set in EUR and billed at the start of each period.

Billing and plan questions
Clear answers on what each plan includes and how billing works.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the fee difference is prorated for the remaining days in the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date to avoid disruption to active strategies.
Is annual billing available?
Annual billing is available for all three plans at a 15% discount versus the monthly rate. The annual fee is invoiced upfront. If you cancel during the year, unused months are not refunded, but your access continues until the period ends.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept SEPA bank transfer and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is processed securely. Invoices are issued in EUR and are available for download from your account portal within 24 hours of each billing event.
